Services
Different applications require different coating thicknesses and characteristics. At sp3 we have developed a wide variety of process instructions that produces coating thicknesses from 3um up to 50um. In addition we can produce smooth, rough, low stress, compressive or tensile coatings, all tuned to the customer’s application.
Equipment
sp3 proprietary hot filament CVD reactors allow for the deposition of diamond films across a wide variety of materials. With over 20 years of experience in diamond deposition, sp3 has developed innovative manufacturing and material preparation processes, that combined with our reactors, provide the best diamond coated products.
